Young men "work" NYC in every way possible. In this no-holds-barred report, Randy Wicker "pays the price" and uncovers the story. Tourists get hustled in Rockefeller Center. It's a classic and inspiring story about young men in NYC on the prowl, creating their own jobs and working off the books.

  • don't call them hustlers, that means prostitutes

  • @etrax2000 "Hustler" has many meanings. The main one is that they "hustle" (take you) for money in a somewhat scheming manner. All these guys are "hustlers" in the truest sense of the words but they certainly aren't prostitutes. They really work hard at "hustling" their way through the world. Some people like them become very wealthy & successful. I hope that's their future in these hard times.

  • @RandolfeWicker What a lovely story.

  • I dozed off 45 seconds in...

  • I can think of a better use for that cutie in the blue dog costume.

  • @jackscal1 In my life, I have been -- at various times times -- a hustler, a john & a madam. Hustling Hollywood Blvd for one summer was the hardest & most valuable "learning experience" I've had in life. It made working a dull 9 to 5 job for the rest of my life a cinch. I'm glad I did that but I don't recommend it to others. For most people it's extremely self destructive & in this age of AIDS, it's a messy way to commit suicide.

  • @RandolfeWicker male prostitution is not as easy as some think, not if you want to offer a quality service, return custom and you have to get something out of it to keep doing it,however, there are hustlers out there who are just out to rip their johns off.

  • @jackscal1 Not really--but I've been there & done that. The misphrasing was on purpose but not terribly inaccurate. The "ring-leader" was the kine of personality type that would be out "hustling" in any way he could to make a fast & easy buck.

  • @jackscal1 ermm,,,i think the interviewer was looking for a good looking boy for fun under the tree after all!!!

  • when i saw male hustlers, i thought it was maybe gay rentboys looking for johns under the tree,,,,,was kinda disapointed.
