What is the homeless drug related rate in Santa Cruz vs the homeless hard times rate. There are so many different types of homeless out here. Some people want to and prefer being homeless, then you have junkies who have burned too many bridges then you have normal situations like myself who have been homeless because the living expense in California is too high.
