  • I plan on getting a Decapod for a simple analog layout. How do you install and get the sound to work? And would it be possible to add an iron rod in the whole boiler for weight? That's what I would considder doing once I get my loco.

  • well this is an analog locomotice but it required alot of programming to make it sound the way it did. its an extreemly good looking engine but is light and cant pull much, i added thin weights into the firebox, otherwise the boiler is all metal, i would recomend that you just get a broadway limited loco with sound, it has more analog features and they are good pullers.

  • ehh not bad i got her to pull 5 overlands,2 milk reefers, and a wooden caboose up a 3%grade, i also modified her though, i put more weight in the fron of the boiler and in the slots of the firebox. the engine is more for looks
