Craftmade Omni 52" ceiling fan in brushed nickel. This fan is new in box missing the blades. I used these Nutone blades just because they were what I had handy, but they don't look too bad either. Moves a very decent amount of air on high speed for what it is. This is one of only a few current Craftmade models I can stand.

  • do you have to really pull on the chain? it sounds like you have to

  • Yeah, it's a tough one to pull.

  • I can't picture this fan having four blades, it looks......"sexy" with the five blades. XDXDXDXD

I like it...it's very modern and smooth compared to the usual basic, cheap style of most Craftmades.

    How old is this brandname?

  • IDK, I like the five as well but it never hurts to have the four blade option. I like that it's not overly modern, but just a soft twang of out of the ordinary.

What, Craftmade? Gosh, I don't know when they came around. Jean might know about that, but I'm not all up on Craftmade since a lot of them aren't that great.

  • NICE! You know that model have a 188x15mm motor just like the Phoenix. Must move more than ''decent air'' but a LOT of air. Love the not too fast RPM. Its really a nice looking fan for a contemporary looking Craftmade. BIG question: is it 4/5 bladed???

Those are you NuTone blades you use on your Mercury? I don't get how they could fit with those badges.

  • Yeah, it's all on the box. I call it decent for what it is in comparison to an Original or the like. Five blade only, I was pretty mad at that. Yes, the Mercury ones. The holes are aligned the same, also the badges are just flat, no parts that have to fit into the large concealed hardware holes. Actually, that wouldn't matter anyway, the blades are designed for concealed Nutone hardware, so the holes are actually too big for this fan and the Mercury as well.

  • Yeah, it's a stubborn one.

  • Was the pullchain on that fan a little hard to pull?
