This theme was locked out of the North American and European versions of Planet Puzzle League for unknown reasons ...

Hmm...Where do you hear Lip's Theme in Panel de Pon DS?

It's a unlockable background setting/theme to select. But only in the Japanese version unless you use Gameshark. Nintendo of America has locked the theme out because they don't want us to have nice things :(

Um, not sure exactly, but I think it is some or all of the folllowing: beat VS COM Lv 10 on Hard. Get 10000 points in Score Attack. Beat all puzzles.

as great as the track is, I don't think it would fit in with these hardcore techno rave soundtracks.

But on the flip side, if you're a fan of this puzzle game series and have been playing it since Tetris Attack (or Panel de Pon), or maybe even Pokemon Puzzle League, you might argue that this is the only song that fits, being a traditional happy light-hearted song as was used in the other games. "Not fitting" shouldn't be a problem if it is simply a selectable theme rather than say, a default. But we don't even get a choice ;_;

I almost boycotted this horror of a localization, but thank God for Action Replay DS. Got it only for this stage.

Just because it was a commercial failure didn't mean it was bad. It still had some great games(and some is an understatement because the system only had 9 games).

because the 64DD was a flop in japan they should release a system add on that will only fail, then in some odd months lets release the Gamecube. Great marketing idea.

Unfortunately, this song doesn't really match the theme. :(
