Has anyone posted details of any reply received from one of these notices from the Home Office or whoever? How do the replies stand up? Do you get a full reply or just a standard letter of receipt?

@MsCrazyCuckoo Does it stand up if a 'reply' is not what you asked for. You send a notice. Look at what that means at law. And what it means for them and their responsibility to provide a rebuttal. Which will never come...

If you receive a legal notice from an energy company, or other enterprise, or their representatives, what would that mean for you? What kind of responses would be expected of you?

Just remember that your behaviour as a freeman baks up your paperwork. Not the other way round.

As getting 'bonded' goes - everyone already is. The bonds are already in place. You just need to learn an administrative process. Try joining the thinkfreeforums (dot org) where you will find a lot of people at various stages of learning, and a mine of useful information.

a few questions i'd really like answered..

who would such a letter be for? what about this entitlement to money? can the E.U. really override the law? how about travelling abroad, are there implications?

if you can answer these i'd be very grateful..

Can I thank you so much for your guidance. I am new to this but have been doing research non stop. I opened a word document and typed this document down word for word.
