Demi Lovato & Trace Cyrus: Is TheTwittermance Over?

We've got your Trace Cyrus-Demi Lovato Twittermance Update right here on ClevverTV.

Hi everyone-Joslyn Davis here at the ClevverTV headquarters with the sad news that Demi and Trace have officially called it quits! We first brought you news of their flirtatious relationship on Twitter a few months back BUT now it seems that too much time apart has forced the duo to stop dating.

Trace says that Demi is one of his good friends and that they did indeed become very close over the past few months. Trace says they really wanted it to work out but their schedules just kept them apart too much. They are both on tour at the moment and Trace said that it seemed like he was always on the other side of the world from Demi.

But no hard feelings with these two---the pair is definitely still friends. And maybe it'll work out one day-in fact Trace says maybe when Demi is a little older and they've both matured a bit, they can try things out again.

And if you thought that the end of their relationship meant the end of their VERY open twittering about each other, you were wrong. After their breakup Demi tweeted "Now Listen I think you and me have to come to the end of our time. What'd ya want some kind of reaction? Well, okay that's fine." Which I must add that she finished off with a smiley face, so she must've been kidding a little bit. Trace tweeted back into the universe saying "But that's all I've ever been. Yup I'm that long distance friend." So Demi responded with "I'm sorry was that supposed to hurt? Hm...Oh well" And another smiley face. So Trace closed things off saying. "I just got really confused...Is it possible to breakup when you were never together with someone and only friends? Hm this is new to me."
