Has the liver anything to do with the dark circles, I mean if the liver does not function properly can it then course dark circles under the eyes?

@legoforest put a spoon in the freezer then close your eyes and put it on your eye area, or, hot green tea bags (supposedly the best way).

Yes, it is the American way of pronouncing it. Nothing stupid about it - just different.

I'm sure your aware that different English speaking countries have different pronunciations of same words. Stating it sounds so stupid shows either your ignorance or immaturity, or both.

CAPY-LARRIES!?!? Lol I don't know if that is the American way of pronouncing it, if it is I'm sorry but that sounded so stupid.
I have been wearing extremely powerful glasses for over a year. Normally I wear contact lenses. Can this cause dark circles or bags under the eyes? I sometimes can tell when a person removes their glasses that they have that "glasses wearer " look. Is this true?
Thank you.

It is true that some consumers that wear glasses do sometimes report noticing under eye puffiness or bags. Many times those who complain of this wear types of eyeglasses where the bottom rim touches the under eye/cheek area.
