Well My father has lower back pain but his testicles also hurt what is the reason ?

@22Luism This happened often in cases of chronic lower back problems which secondary causing hamstring muscles tension. Hamstring muscles tension, is transmitted to sacrotuberous ligament, resulting Irritation of pudendal nerve . This irritation /pressure on pudendal nerve, producing pain in testicles because this pudendal nerve, providing innervation to sex organs .

Medical massage can be very helpful to decompress it.

@Bojann90 Sometime Drs. and patient deciding for hydrocortisone injections. as an alternative to this injections we are performing orthopedic massage protocol, that including  trigger point therapy, myofascial tissue mobilizations, post-isometric relaxation techniques.

Have been having some problems with my lower back after jumping a lot in volleyball 2 weeks ago. I have been stretching every day for 1 hour and have been going to volleyball every friday.
