The aluminium casting that slides over the main shaft and is held in place with the Jesus bolt wears on the Flasher 250. The hole becomes oval and allows the head to rock from side to side. The metal seems quite soft. You need to replace the castings. I replaced mine with the Align version and not had any problems since. Hope this helps.

@CJVideoProductions Oh don't you worry... the Swash Plate of my Blade 400 is from the Belt CP, the ESC and Gyro, Blue Ball on the Tail...... LMFAO!! Now that I think of it, I'm also using the Motor from my Belt CP cause the Blade 400 motor just crapped out around 3-4 Day ago......... So this Blade 400 is a Hybrid of the two helis....lol...

I just got my BLADE 400 and out of box it has a bad tail servo? "has no reaction to reciever at all" seems to just be dead but it does have tention if you pull the tail bar back and forth!!! All other servos are fine.. have you had any problem with tail servos and how do i tell if its the servo or Gyro seems if the GYRO goes then you may loose tail servo control... what do you think is going on here JUNK FACTORY E-FLIGHT SERVOS???

@Air2Air100 Well it could be a Bad Servo from the Factory. It does happen. You could go back to the Hobby Shop you got it from. Show them & Swap te whole Kit for another one. Or you could Unplug the Servo from the Gyro & plug it in Directly into where the Gyro's plugged into the Rudder Channel. Fire up your radio, plug the Heli in & then see if the servo works. If it Works, then it's the Gryo & the Servo's fine. If the servo is dead then it's the servo...
