360 grinding

Just got a 360 pro and this is the grinding sound it makes when i turn it on. Should i be concerned?

UPDATE: The disc drive was fine, but I did get the dreaded E74 after about a year and a half. Thankfully Microsoft fixed it..but still annoying!

@XxRockhopperxX ******** feel bad that my mom and dad at least got me an xbox..... just help me its driving me crazy and i dnt want this problem when school starts in 1 day.... and my sister shes 5 also tripped over the xbox and i think that caused it... it happens a lot now but it didnt a lot before she tripped..... im getting soo paranoid..

@XxRockhopperxX *******dashboard, it usually has the game to play... and also when i play grand theft auto episodes from liberty city, instead of the thing saying that, it says grand theft auto 4 and show a picture of niko but hes not even in that game.... it usually shows that when i go to the dashboard from playing grand theft auto episodes from liberty city. i just need help... and to note: the xbox is used.... should i save up for a new one??? even if i should, i dnt wnt to cuz ill fell bad

ok can you plz help me..... i got an xbox for xmas, its white like urs, 60 gb, but the dvd drive thing isnt silver its white also... well mine makes that sound too but idc... im just worried that sometimes when i turn on the xbox, it says the disk is unreadable... it does it too all of my games, but they have NO scratches on them.... also, when im put a game in, it reads it as a dvd and says play dvd.. it has a pause button like ur watching a movie... its weird but when i go back to the dashboa
