Residents feel besieged by feral neighborhood youths and fearmongering local media, and what was once a thriving community is now rundown and unsafe. Produced in 2005 at the University of Salford. Yeah, that area can be a bit sketchy, but the vast majority of the residents are absolutely wonderful... i think a lot of the problem is the news organizations making people more scared of each other than they need to be... which certainly doesn't strengthen a community.

Shithole of Manchester,I was born and bred in Salford(born higher broughton,moved to riverside after slum clearance)A shame really 'cos a lot of sound people,but the ordsall scum and others just fuck it up for the rest of us.
