  • then you cut your pants/jeans apart in the process lol!

  • Yeah, I stopped the camera before my jeans were ripped to shreds :P

  • btw are you from the US? im from the uk...

Im trying to sell some of my bali collection 'cos im short of cash!

    i have a BM42, BM32 and a typhoon to move!

  • Yeah I'm from US.

I actually have all that you've mentioned, but I'm sure there's a LOT of new bali inductees that would kill for what you have

  • You really arent supposed to "twirl" the Karambit around. Spin or rotate once yes as you can use it to go from a reverse grip to a forward or extended grip, but twirling it?! hell no. Your adrenalin pumps hard enough as it is in the event of using a karambit in a defensive situation. This can cause even a very well rehearsed/experienced knife fighter to make a mistake, now add some tactiCOOL twirling into the mix and you might just find yourself dropping your blade/cut yourself.

  • I am not too proud to admit that I have stabbed myself in the wrist twirling a karambit. Same model as this video, too.

  • You suck.

  • @iwanttofight69 its not the knife it self its how you use the knife i dont know thats just me

  • i would laugh if sommeone let go of it and it stebbed em

  • I have the combat karambit, and I spin it twice backwards to switch positions. I just got used to doing it that way... I would say, do what is most comfortable and safe for you. I don't think there is any rule as to say how much or how few times you can spin it... The only issue I would see is, the more you spin it the more likely your going to loose your finger position and may slice yourself up real good. Love the knife and always carry mine.

  • Karambits in general are a good choice, I thnk Emersons wave feature is great. Nothing is faster, not even an auto as you have to pull the knife out and press a button vs. pull out a knife and its already deployed. I just lost my Combat karambit I had it for about 2 1/2-3 years. If I were to do it all over again (actually I am ) I would buy a Commander Karambit version as the blade design is better IMO for EDC purposes whereas the Combat version is really only good for 1 function. YMMV

  • hey how well do you like this knife???????????

  • Wow..I guess since Emerson does it,it must be correct. Dont be silly, the knife is meant to be spun only change grip. Any more spinning is not useful in combat according to professionals. Google it and you will learn young grasshopper.

  • Emerson Karambit set up for reverse grip draw is the fastest and smoothest draw I've found. Nice video, I'll be posting some of my karambit techniques soon as I get a camcorder, have you seen the Emerson Karambit DVD's?
