Sesame's Treet was a project I did with two friends back in 1992. We had a lot of fun and travelled across the entire UK as well as a short 4 week tour of the US. This is the official video which was filmed at Victoria Park, east London, and a studio in Camden Town. Special thanks has to go to Steve Jackson of Kiss FM who broke this track across the entire summer in 1992, and Austin Reynolds who was only credited as engineer on the track, but in my mind, he was as involved in the production as we were. I know we were credited with "killing rave" but who cares... just enjoy this little snapshot of a time that was lots of fun!

  • This song was huge in Chicago in 1992! I was a junior in high school and remember it being played in a high school mixer. Ahh the memories...

  • @DelusionDestroyer ... and we played at the China Club in Chicago which was the first date on our US tour in late 1992. You guys gave us a fabulous welcome and couldn't have hoped for a better start to the tour :)

  • Still a good jam! old school any thing- techno, jungle, drum n bass, trance, house....... it will allways live in our hearts!

  • I've got the 12" of this in my box in the basement....

  • I back to old skool - rave, techno etc. Love it

  • I bought it! Still got the vinyl. I was ten, and oblivious to any levels of irony or grown-up-ness about it, including the band name. "They" brought out a remix of a kids' TV theme, I obediently bought it and stuck it on the shelf next to Shaft's Roobarb & Custard and Jungle Book Groove, and went about my business eating sweets and making noises. Spoiled, we was. Good stuff - I can't actually remember it now, but you might like to know I remember enjoying the B-side too.

  • Heard this in a club in Jax, Florida in the early 90s. Used to have the single somewhere.

  • @roboyle

    So true!

  • The bass on the cassette version of this proper rattled my right speaker's sub woofer to death.
