@bigpileofpuke no the map layout in most of the maps have 3 ways down the map. left, middle, and right and there are usually people camping there so you can get spawn trapped easily. It is kinda maze like but not completely the thing is, if you're not camping you'll still get shot in the back and the spawn system in this game is fucked up when I'm on a killstreak most of the time, my cause of death is by a guy that spawns behind me and shoots me when I'm not even in their spawn

Ive heard tons of people saying the maps have too many corridors and are maze-like. Is this true?

Not at all, the maps, in my opinion, are great. If anything it was Black Ops that had maze like maps with too many ins and outs, MW3 has it nailed if im honest. There are a few close ranged maps such as Seatown and Arkaden, but they are still great and well balanced maps :)
