@ZRBarab there's alot of aggression, depression, apathy, and power in her playing/singing. I find complexity intimidating, and she does it well. In my opinion, the songs she sings lead on are the forte of their new record.

carla's awesome and scary. this song is my fav off their new album. reminds me of interpol's "pda" mixed with coldplay's sparks. then sprinkle some sonic youth, mbv and coteau twins in there.
