  • Giving the police the power to lock up anybody suspected of being a terrorist who they don't have enough evidence to charge, effectively means they can lock up anyone they want. It means you, your gran, anyone at all. Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela were labelled terrorists and locked up. Mandela has been on the terrorist list in the USA up till this year. An 82-year old labour party member was arrested under the Anti-Terrorism act in the UK for saying "Nonsense!" at a Labour party speech.

  • 42 days is not internment ?
