  • This is not solely about subsidized housing. I'm not certain, but I would suppose this violates Ms. Smith's family's constitutional rights, otherwise, I doubt the ACLU would take this case on.

    I hope she wins. A family with a desire to stay together should be applauded not punished because of living in subsidized housing.

  • Nowhere in the constitution is the authority granted to congress to subsidize housing. Follow the constitution and we won't have these problems.
