This was recorded at The Mean Fiddler in London on 12 May 2004 from 1 static video cam at the back of the hall.
I've messed about with the video a bit to make it a bit more interesting (zooms etc.) not ideal, but the only known video of this band!
sound is straight from camera, so also not the best.
cheers......... brush.

  • Brilliant guitar work and a great song, wish I could have been there. I wonder what happened to Woolly's M300, the M400 mellotron playing the M300a violins just isn't the same.

  • Goodbye Woolly,

thank you for your fantastic music and Melltron sound. For me you have been the best player of this instrument ever!

    Forever in my heart

    RIP

  • One of my favourite Woolly songs... :)

  • And he knows how to entertain an audience.

  • Now this is a very interesting clip as I am a massive fan of BJH and I am toying with the idea of purchasing a Maestoso CD.

I always enjoyed Woolley's contributions to the BJH albums and it was a shame that he decided to jump ship.

I was lucky enough to catch John Lees BJH last year and, lets face it, that band is basically the members of Maestoso plus John.

I have enjoyed listening to this and I will purchase a CD.

Woolley is a great entertainer besides a great musician.

  • Woolly was and is the soul of Barclay James Harvest.
