  • Its Sauce! Retards!!! Gravy is for turkey....I go to Italy all the time.. Its Sauce!

  • @madexplain There's a better way of getting a point across than calling people retards...next time you buy a ticket to Italy pick up some class on the way!

  • What's a mook?

  • A mook is a Brooklyn term for moron :)

  • THERE IS NO REAL WORD FOR GRAVY IN ITALIAN!!!!! Sauce is correct (even Louie says it 2:35). AND Sugo De Carne is meat sauce! The problem is that all my Italian AMERICAN kin want to make it seem like they're authentic and most of them can't pronounce anything correctly. I lived in Italy near La'Aquilla for two years. No one over there knows what "mozerell" is. They know Mozzarella (mowtzarela). I could go on and on. Learn the correct pronunciations Asini!

  • wow you're cranky.... this is the way we speak in NY. Lighten up! Oh and BTW I leave for Italy on Monday. I know behind this crankiness you wish me a great trip :)

  • I made your sauce/gravy last night and my family absolutely loved it! I changed up the spices a bit, but other than that I stayed true to the recipe. The meat came out perfectly!! Even the meatballs were great and it was my first time making them. Thank you so much for putting this video on youtube. :)

  • Only in America ... would you call tomatoe sauce , gravy...

you are the only people on the planet to call it gravy..

gravy. is when you use the drippings of you roast or turkey and add flour and make a gravy for you meat....

cooking meat in a tomatoe sauce ... in no way is like tradition gravy...

  • brings back mems of times no more, thank you, sadly, times no more for me, things changed and traditions broke

  • Silly Italian's gravy is brown!

  • @madexplain what's retarded is wanting to argue over a colloquialism...

  • That was like watching an episode of The Sopranos! I loved it. I'm British and a big fan of Italian American culture and cuisine thanks to everyone's favourite HBO gangster show.
