Since, that situation was lasting for couple of years (unpayed overtime hours), the company acctually owed to those guys a lot of money, so they have decided to demolish the warehouse for amount of money that they have earned and won't be able to see it, take it or spend it!

It all happened not because those guys don't give a fuck, or because this is Serbia, it all happened because those guys wanted to be payed for their work
Though employees had to work overtime, they didn't get payed for it, so they asked their employer (one of the top managers) why aren't they payed, and that they don't want to work if they don't pay them up... Top manager got angry, and they all got fired because they wanted to be payed for they work!!!
