It is interesting to know about how they would rather find your music to use in a film from within a 3rd party that has thousands of possible tracks that they can sift through for possible use. With having my own band and having wondered about getting our music used in a scene from a film or TV series, I can see how it would benefit to get associated with a 3rd party instead of sending in demos or albums independantly.

I like how a movie can really bring a band from complete obscurity to the forefront of the world stage. Good example was Usher in the movie Poetic Justice, from then on he became a world renown star.
