The title says it all. Caramelizing sugar is probably the most daunting task of making leche flan, especially if you are already using your blender to homogenize your flan mixture to make it smooth without much bubbles. For the whole leche flan recipe, please visit KusinaNiManang.blogspot.com.

  • what about the heat .. low? hight?

  • @SoulleS1706 , I use the high setting (default).

  • how many tbs of sugar and how much water did u use?

  • @absolutblue , as it says on the video, 1 cup of water, add enough water to wet the sugar completely (maybe 2-3 tbsp, stir in the sugar). Hope this helps!
