Yes. And you only control population through REAL education.
Unfortunately, the illiterate "commoners" have ALLOWED the "blue blood" wealthy to continue to cull society through killing (mass murder).
ALL advancing societies on earth have curbed their population growth through better living conditions and EDUCATION.
Check out the statistics. "Nations" with REAL higher education have stabilized populations.
Violence will NEVER be the answer.

This reminds me of the effects of gargoyles on people who have never seen a motion picture. People were terrified when it rained because water came out of their mouths, just like people thought the sun shining through stained glass was the light of God.
