@elmergamez: We are currently in the early stages of reviewing business and pricing models and expect to have a Commercialisation Plan completed by February 2011.  If everything goes to plan we expect to have a commercial product available in the latter half of 2011.

Just wondering about the accuracy of this machine. Is it a doppler ultrasound or a pulse echo machine? If you are comparing this type of pregnancy diagnosis to per rectal pregnancy testing, how many false positive or false negative results do you return. I would imagine the incorrect diagnosis would make a cheaper method of pregnancy testing a little more expensive if you are culling cows which are not pregnant for $500-900 compared to retaining them in the herd to have another calf.

The Heard Systems pregnancy detection system does not utilise Doppler or other ultrasound technology the technology being applied is currently confidential. Large field trials are yet to be completed by which time we will have good data on false positives and false negatives at different stages of pregnancy.
