No, The Song Was Written By Phil Medley And Bert Russell. The Isley Brothers' Version Was Made In 1962 And Released The Same Year, The Beatles' Version Was Made In 1963 And Released In 1964. The Top Notes' Recorded It First. The Way They Performed The Song Sounded Similar To The Isley Brothers.'
