@KseiFlux That is a beautiful name and rare. I congratulate your parents for not naming you 'Sunshine' etc, silly modern day names.
Back to Enya: I think what attracts alot of men, is her girl next door look, approachable, modest, rather than conceited or one of those untouchables. Also, she has a perfect facial structure, skin tone and of course who can miss those eyes. Most importantly, facial expressions of caring, honesty, contentment! I can only dream :)

what can one way that hasn't already been said about the phenomeon called Enya (Eithne)? Her voice stays long after the song...music haunting and meaningful. Particularly like the users background regarding the Scottish MacKenzie clan - I'll remember that if I ever run into one of them

@KseiFlux FYI: It was an Isobella who was the catalyst of the downfall of the MacKenzie clan in Scotland after asking in front of all her guests at a fancy ball the local prophet (the Brahan Seer) the whereabouts & doings of her husband (the clan's cheiftain). He told her the truth, much to her dismay, & ordered the seer's death, by boiling tar. Before being thrown in he gave his last prediction concerning the downfall of the powerful clan, which proved eerily accurate to the last detail.

The story behind this song: When Eithne bought her castle she & Roma Ryan could feel the presence of a young girl's spirit. After some research they discovered that a young girl had died in the castle. So Eithna wrote the music and Roma wrote the lyrics of this song for her in her honor. So this is truly a hauntingly beautiful song. I firmly believe if people only knew the stories behind half the songs Eithne and Roma have written there would've been far more of their CDs and singles sold.

@KseiFlux FYI... It was an Isobella, married to the cheiftain of clan MacKenzie, that caused the downfall of the clan by ordering their own prophet (the Brahan Seer) to be boiled alive in a vat of tar for disclosing in front of all her guest at a fancy gala her husband was having fun with with a pretty young lassie (hey, she asked). Just before his death he predicted, quite accurately, the downfall of the clan and how it would happen. Moral: Don't ask a prophet if you can't handle the truth.

@pancakeing Hello, my name is a little different, but just as beautiful and meaningful, and Isobella is rare. My parents called me Isabella Maria...
It really means a lot, it's such a beautiful name. You'll be surprised at how diverse can be the name!!!
she is an angel that came to Earth to give us their sublime music. I love her!
