I get the themes in topsony dot com, but you can get it from other sites, look for "flash menus" or something like that,,,

I think that the w810 already have the flash player, you can check this uploading a flash player into your phone (In the external memory) and if you can see the file with the icon of flash you already have the flash player,,, ^_^
