Aug 30th Point Panic

got some shots of the August 30th swell hitting Point Panic and Kewalos. Some surfing, bodysurfing, the stairs getting washed over and the channel sucking out. Never seen that before.

@NewportLocalBra no way, you can keep it. PP is a gentle barrel, warm water, easy entry. I've never been there but the wedge looks like a beast. :)

Panic is too slow for a board, but the perfect bodysurfing wave.

It's been bods & paipo forever, except when before leashes kids rode stolen boards there- full force on the rocks if you lost.

They should blackball this wave 4 a couple hours so the surfers can get some barrels. This is the most wasted wave in the world. Surfers should b able 2 surf it atleast 4 a couple hours out of the day
