This is a recording of my Marshall & Wendell Ampico Player piano. It was restored in 1997. The piano was manufactured in 1924.

  • We have the same player piano Marshall and Wendell made in 1920,we can't seem to get her to play on automatic, but we use the feet pedals and we play it manually which has a beautiful sound. Can I ask you what was the cost to get yours restored? Also did it play on auto before you restored it? It's beautiful we wish we could figure whats wrong with ours.

  • @packersrule63 My piano does not have foot pedals at all, it never did. The M&W Ampico was all electric. Mine was restored in 1996 by a gentleman in SC and unfortunately I lost his card. Back then it cost me $700.00 for the restoration. Has yous been electrified with a modern unit? Or does it have a large motor and pulley ?

  • Do you have alot of Ampico rolls ? Would love to hear more....

  • I will put more on in the future. Thanks. See my #4

  • This is a FABULOUS sounding instrument...exceptionally authentic and with a nice, clear recording. Count me in on all future recordings!!!

  • I'm Looking Over a Four-Leaf Clover, played by J. Lawrence Cook. Nice roll, maybe a little slow, but nice roll!

  • хочу такой же!!!!)
