Here in his first TV appearance in UK. The Market Kitchen show. First shown on Good Food Channel on 16 February 2010, this is his impressive first chat & cooking demo, in final cut as screened, with celebrity cook Rachel Allen. Malaysian food made easy. Norman Musa, head chef of Ning restaurant Manchester and chef to the Lotus F1 Racing team. Here he demonstrates his Nyonya Lime Chicken & explains key ingredients.
