@MrRock18otaku go up the cable cart by Lavaridge town.. pass that cookie lady, and keep going down.. if you got the magma emblem then it should open a cave.

Its called ragied pass or ragged pass i dont rememeber but its one of those two u get there on ur way to lavaridge town the first time
