BS! somebody has tooo much time on their hands to come up with this. First off too get to film some guy who is selling dirty bombs and think u can walk away alive... Maybe the FBI cooperated to create this story to create fear of the possibility of "terrorists" buying a dirty bomb(which surprisingly it hasn't happened yet, hmm).

I have no idea if this is accurate reporting or not? I think people should make up their own mind as to the value of the information. Remember there are many people in the west that still believe that Bin Lauden and Al Quaeda are the problems in the world and would consider that part of it truthful. The one's who don't accept that theory (like me) are considered "nuts"!
Try putting what you already know aside and see if there might be some important facts to learn here! Or maybe it's all BS!
