Can anyone help me understand what might be causing this issue. I have replaced the analog board and it made no difference

  • Looks like one of VRAM banks failed.

  • The capacitors are blown on the logic board, there is a bad solder joint in the flyback transformer, the power supply is going bad, the crt is going bad, or the crt needs a cleaning.

  • That really IS a lousy display. I think the monitor's at fault here, but I'm not sure if it's replaceable these days.

  • Probably you should replace all capacitors in the logic board. Check my videos

  • well lets c. it could b bc it was discontinued in 1989.
