@TruthandJustice101 Shut your stupid mouth. You know nothing about this man or what he stood for and what he was trying to accomplish. I was in Delano during the 60's. My parents were farm workers. This man was a hero and is still an icon. He wasn't "doing anything for mexicans" he was fighting for the farm workers which included mexicans, fillipinos, and other minorities.

Cesar Chavez = exaggerated hero.
He called ICE on his own people. He deported his own people just for his union. He really only stood for his little union. He never did anythign else for Mexicans.
Today, the UFW is regarded as a joke with corrutption and wasted potential.
