So here is the story, The Union Pacific track gang released the form B to allow a Eastbound coal to move through their work limits in Elmhurst. As the Coal train rounded the corner the signal was Yellow but when he just passed the Elmhurst depot were I was standing the signal dropped to Red. He dumped his air and just barley came to a complete stop before the signal. No one could figure out why the signal dropped (Or could admit) not even the signal maintainer inside the signal box. "Typical UP" After a few minutes the MOW crew re released the form B and the Coal train got it's signal back to continue heading east.
