It must have been such an honor for Travis to perform with Waylon, one of his idols. I really miss the old cable network TNN (The Nashville Network). It was a great showcase for country artists. I have seen Travis in concert 5 times and he still mentions how much he admired Waylon. He often performs a Waylon cover tune in his shows. He also performs a Skynyrd tune or two. Travis is such a class act, and one of a kind. See him live if you can, you won't regret it.

@jdmeyerscountry i agree 100% his style wasn't flashy like about 90 of guitar players he had a great tone and you could pick him out in a room full of these so called pickers i've been saying it for years the guy was and still is the standard of what an outlaw should be case closed.
