I see you have a dedicated space set up for your scroll saw to help deaden any vibrations
What speed do you set your scrollsaw for cutting 1/4" ply? I have mine about 2-3 on my dewalt any faster going around those critical teeth and it feels like I'm losing control

@jointheclubsmellypan : I decided on building my own base so I could make it as solid as possible and it works well. Speed for 1/4"? I run at about half speed but I don't know how that relates to a dewalt. But I agree, run too fast and you can find the blade runs ahead of you when cutting tight corners.

Great review, excellent video and clearly spoken dialogue. Very professional result. One point though: Your voice, hands and movements don't look like an old fart's. I'm an old fart myself and I know about these things. ;-)

@Tricyklist : Mate, thanks for the vote of confidence. Maybe its because I'm an Ozzie that I look and sound like I'm 21 !

Mate, shes beautiful! How much does one of these Excalibur's go for? and where did you buy those reverse blades?

@melbourneSTORM4eva : My 21" Excalibur costs $895 from CarbaTec. Its not cheap, but it is a "lifetime" tool and I plan to use it a lot. The blades are $9, also from CarbaTec.
