the purple cams are out dated. Tight lobe centers at 106 make those motors rock.

Nice mill. Got a 360 that I'm thinking of doing this to for my pick up. New to the mopar camp of engine builds and wondering, on the stroker kit, were you able to run a stock balancer or did you run a specialty one?
-
How much would this motor cost, and how much power and tourqe?

Dude,nice motor...is it vented..?

Nice nice, I've got a 360 with a 295 dg comp cam with 1.6 lift (0.562 lift) Performer rpm alu heads close chamber, Speed Demon 650 dp, and Hooker Super Competition 1 7/8 headers, thats wild in rev, i'll upload a video now. It in my 1969 Dodge Coronet 500. MOPAR :)

No doubt. My 360 will hit 7000 in first like its nothing. & its just a .40 over 360 with 340 J heads. I can only imagine what that stroker motor is like! Hitting 7K in mine makes me nervous tho, as the motor was built nearly 15 years ago! Good luck!

Yes, its' the old cam of MP... I love this cam!
I have not dyno numbers but the engine rev very quickly.
This cam run in my 318 and 340 too.

Is it the old mopar purple 284* cam? If so, how is the top end with it? How tight can it rev? I have the same cam in my 360 thats in my duster...
Do you have a website to check out ? Nice looking SB BTW.I am looking into building a 71360 block into a 408 cid that I have already with the Eldbrock Mag heads they say they work better with the larger ports with port work, Whats your thoughts of the 2 types of heads form Eldbrock for the SB ? It's ether one of those or Brodock B1-BA sets.
