I made a purchase after watching your vid. WORST customer service experience I ever had. They have been going around telling people that they aren't getting their products because of a "death in the family"...for OVER A YEAR. I had to get paypal and BBB to help me get a refund. Oh they will get the product to those who make youtubes but for the rest of us....scam city. Sorry.......

@honeybumblebee i'm so sorry to hear u had such a bad experience with them. i haven't been buying makeup lately so i wasn't aware that there were any issues. i just want to clarify that they did not send me anything or ask me to do a video for them. i bought the eyeshadows and had them for a while before i made the video. I placed two orders after doing this video and have not made any other videos. i did not have any problems getting my orders.

Checked their status on BBB and it's a F,there was another complaint same as mine. Also there is someone on youtube who made a video about the same issue and they gave her the same story which was over a YEAR ago. I did some looking around on Beauty From The Earth and bought some things from them with NO problems and they shipped it, same day! Beautiful colors and great cs. Thanks for the reply but I thought you should know how they treat those of us buying based on these videos.
