@pawnsacrifice1 Along with Bowie, Ian Hunter and Lennon and to a smaller degree, Ferry. Although Elton never had cred with the punks, he actually championed and quite liked Punk.

No, Marc Bolan wasn't gay or weird. He was the leader of the glam rock movement, an part of his signature style was his camp demeanor/attitude on stage.

not true, it was bolan who got them on the show...he even had the damned open for him during one of his last tours.
