Blissfully Lost - Part Sixteen
"For Relaxing Times..."
My return to Tokyo!
The Ghibli museum is astonishing and is set out as more of an experience than a stuffy museum. Sadly you cannot film inside but the outside is still picturesque and I hope everyone will get to experience it at some point.
Back in Yoyogi Park, the drummers and rock-a-billy dancers gather regularly. Check out that flip!
The less said about the toilet experiment, the better. I only needed to 'experience' the facilities once to turn me away.
The Park Hyatt hotel is one of the largest in Tokyo and has that extra touch of being the location for the film 'Lost In Translation'.
I settled down for an evening of wine, beer, pizza and jazz and I definitely recommend the experience.
I also recommend everyone watches 'Lost In Translation'. Its is a wonderful film, exploring some of the culture shock that I experienced and Bill Murrays performance is amazing.
Music:
Joe Hisaishi - Kimi Wo Nosete
(From Laputa, Studio Ghibli)
