Alright this is Day 2, i had a little mood swing that basicaly drop me down but now i'm
back on track and was able to reach todays goal so far so i'm glad i was able to
survive that one so i can move foward to day 90 whitch is the first objective for now

also regarding food, remember is about a good balance in food as well, like "oh no more meat ill eat just grass!" and no foods also need a balance so we lower our consumption on grease and calories but still eat a TASTY and healty meal :)
im a bit rusty too, but make a good use of that bike in the back, even 3 or 5 minutes, will help a lot to your knees

You explained yourself very, very well! I went out with a girlfriend tonight and I skipped the McDonald's! I thought, "why eat that junk since it will make exercising harder". Thanks for sharing what you are going through. It helps.

Yea man NO GIVING UP! Its normal that u see it hard i guess, but u took ureself too hardly too maybe. U needa do bit by bit, and then it will always work.
