The IMAP features a single layer construction with double internal pockets, elastic loops, Velcro™ tabs at the base pf the pouch secure a 3" roll of medical tape for easy dispensing to hold all the items listed above plus a large mesh pouch located on the internal front panel designed to store one IV Bag, 500 ml and starter kit.

The external front panel boasts a strategically mounted, rapid-access pocket with Velcro™ pull-tab for immediate access to the C-A-Tourniquet when "seconds count."

The front of the pouch is faced with PALS webbing. All SOF Individual Aid Pouches are force multipliers for the medical operator, placing critical medical supplies at the point of wounding, not in the medic's aid bag. Custom designed internal organizer system safely secures while providing rapid access to a basic load of medical items (sold separately, see SOF-IFAK) that includes: two pair of protective gloves, one pair of trauma shears, one 6" Emergency Bandage (Israeli Dressing) or Cinch Tight dressing, one Z-Pack Gauze or Kerlix Bandage Roll, one Asherman Chest Seal or Occlusive Petroleum Gauze, one 3" roll of medical tape, and one 28fr nasopharyngeal airway with lubricant packet.

"IFAK" is embroidered on the front flap for easy identification of vital medical items.
