The Toronto Argonauts defeated the Edmonton Eskimos 30-22 in an August 1982 game at Exhibition Stadium in Toronto. The game was seen as the first solid evidence that the Argos and their new run-and-shoot offence were for real after a decade in the wilderness. The Eskimos were four-time Grey Cup champions (and would go on to win their fifth in a row later that year) and featured the great Warren Moon at quarterback. Toronto was led by quarterback Condredge Holloway, receiver Terry Greer and, in this game, a superb performance by their defensive line.
@WatchVenusSpa Greer played for the 49ers in the late 1980's, but as you probably know that team was relatively stacked at WR.

How did Terry Greer never make it in the NFL? He had the speed and he had the size to be a solid pro in the NFL.

John Wells is the play by play guy. He was the second team CBC guy in the early 80s and eventually went to TSN where he was a play by play guy for years. His dad was Cactus Jack Wells who was a famous Winnipeg Blue Bombers announcer.
