@theresidouche Her arms on other videos look perfectly normal to me. Maybe a little on the short side, but definitely not "weird dwarf arms." Anyways though, who cares? It doesn't make her or her dance any less beautiful.

@ennaishi Thanks for your response/correction but I know what I see. I've watched many other videos of dancers and more of this dancer in particular and I am quite sure that her arms are unnaturally short. It's just a slight defect...no big deal.

@theresidouche her arms are normal sized. lol her arm accessories do make them look smaller while dancing though. the costume is hideous.
