wes anderson's brief homage to werner herzog

[SORRY IT SUCKS.] one of anderson's new at&t commercials seems to contain a brief homage to werner herzog's 1982 film "fitzcarraldo." this video shows the similarities. sorry i didn't do a good job...

Herzog is a visionary genius. Wes Anderson is a talentless parasitical nob end. Generations yet unborn will watch "The Royal Tennenbaums" and piss their silver space shorts laughing at the fact that people in the early 21st century actually liked that shit.

If it is, it`s not much of an homage. He should`ve put a little car going round and round in the commercial, along with an angry conquistador, then we would have "got it" and maybe, just maybe, would`ve been persuaded to buy the "product"

You are right. I'm the guy who made it. I only spent about 5 minutes on it. I will redo it one of these days, with proper video, faster titles, etc. Sorry!
