"he" is Mike, me. :) I guess so, As I was saying it I started to question crossing racist lines, so I goofed it up xD I can do Russian, Australian, Scottish, German, Indian and Southern Welsh accents. Along with most of the British Accents and partially learning Japanese :) oh and Spanish!
