OMG I had that one in the silver dress, when I was a kid!! I never knew what the heck that doll was supposed to be! But I loved it. I found this commercial by accident too. WOW! Thanks so much for posting!!

I bought a hippo one of these on ebay. Funny, I always thought "Annie" had natural curly red hair. (I actually never seen Annie believe or not until last month 4 the 1st time!)
