there is not much i can say about him and its sad because i was there when it happen . i has a brother in arms and i wish i got to know him. rest in piece brother u will be missed

FredPhelps - Rico was a better person than you could ever hope to be. He served not only in the police force, but also for his country. Next time you want to say something bad about an individual like this, remember it was HIS sacrifice that allowed you to have the right to say it, not your own.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about SGT Federico Borjas. It was an honor and a privilege to have known and served with him. He is a true hero and a better person than anyone could hope to be. I love and miss you, Rico.
